Hey Girl, Get Connected!

Technology needs more women of color at the table. Femmecubator empowers women of color as they navigate their next steps in tech, through mentorship and community.

Open Sprints: Design Systems for Equity

Femmecubator is launching a digital collaboration workspace called Open Sprints, a program geared for early career web developers and product designers. Every year, a cohort of 10 BIPOC women fellows will be selected to work on a short-term project (4 weeks) with industry mentors.

In 2024, the fellowship program will launch in partnership with Flatiron School NYC.

Our mission

Technology needs more women of color at the table. Femmecubator is an online community for women of color (WOC), including self-identified and non-binary individuals, who want to transform their careers – and the world – through tech. With access to resources and a supportive network of mentors, we’ll help you find your next step in tech.
